Coronavirus is a reality that is affecting all our lives and as such, we wish to address our present environment and the changes you may face in the next few weeks. Currently, our office is closed to the public and residents will be provided access only if an appointment has been scheduled ahead of their arrival. If you need to drop off rent or correspondence, you may utilize the drop box located on the side of our office building adjacent to the RPA parking lot. Please contact your property manager directly for scheduling or rescheduling of meetings.

Please make every effort to utilize your tenant portal to make rent payments, submit maintenance requests, etc. We encourage all residents to make online payments at this time. It is safe, easy, and convenient. Tenant portals will have the option to pay by eCheck, which is free of charge. If you pay by any debit or credit card, there will be a fee associated with that transaction that cannot be waived. We always encourage the eCheck option. If you would like a portal activation link, please email your property manager and one be sent to your email address of record.

If you need administrative assistance that is not a building emergency, contact your property manager directly via email. At this time, we have encouraged those who can, to work remotely, and they may not have access to their direct landline at our office. They will always have access to their email and their voicemail but email is the most efficient method of communication.

If you live in an apartment building or community, please be aware that common areas are used by all residents in your community. Do your best to keep these areas clean and sanitary. Please keep in mind that high risk individuals may live in your community and by keeping these areas clean between regularly scheduled maintenance, you will be doing your part to  keep the most vulnerable of our population healthy and safe.

Maintenance is still available, but nonemergency maintenance requests may be delayed or rescheduled. If you are currently experiencing symptoms or self-isolating, please reach out to RPA Maintenance or your property manager so they can take the appropriate precautions for yourself as well as the RPA staff.

If you are experiencing a Maintenance Emergency, please contact our 24-hour emergency line at 206-617-8589. If you get the voicemail please leave a detailed message (Name, Address, call back number and the reason for your call).

Examples of Maintenance Emergencies: No Hot Water, No Heat, Flood, No Working Refrigerator, No Working Toilet.

We would also like to take this time to encourage our residents to practice caution on intaking and sharing information on COVID-19. Please only use trusted sources such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Washington State Department of Health, Seattle & King County Public Health and other reputable resources. For updates about policies affecting renters, please refer to your local City websites for specific information.

We will have more information in the coming days and weeks.  Protect yourself and others, stay safe and healthy.
