Tina is a NW native and joined Real Property Associates in early 2002.

Prior to coming to RPA, Tina had over 12 years work experience in various areas of the rental and real estate industry. Tina’s vast experiences and knowledge serve as a solid foundation for her success as a property manager. She excels in placing the best possible tenant and resolving issues efficiently and effectively for her clients.

Tina lives in Lake Forest Park, where she enjoys raising her son and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys snow skiing, camping, hiking, and boating.

Jay co-founded Real Property Associates (RPA) in 1991 with Gordon Stephenson, driven by a commitment to delivering exceptional brokerage and property management services. The company began in Edmonds before expanding and relocating its headquarters to Seattle in 1996.

Today, Jay oversees RPA’s thriving property management division, leading a team of more than 95 professionals who manage properties for over 1,250 ownership groups. In addition to his leadership in property management, Jay remains actively involved in brokerage, representing buyers and sellers across a wide range of real estate transactions.

Jay’s passion for real estate began while he was still in college, where he arranged to earn academic credit for hands-on real estate work. Over the years, he has personally purchased, developed, and managed investment properties throughout the Puget Sound region, from Seattle to Everett, gaining practical experience that continues to shape his leadership and strategic insight today.

A lifelong resident of Edmonds, Jay is a graduate of King’s High School and earned his B.A. in Real Estate and Business from Seattle Pacific University in 1988. He currently serves on the nonprofit board of the local chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, reflecting his ongoing commitment to faith and community.

Meet Dora Drucker of the Real Property Associates team of Seattle property managers.  Dora joined the RPA team in November of 2025. She works with Meghan Weinberg and Amber Garniss as an assistant and leasing agent. She was born in Seattle, Washington, and has lived here for most of her life. She looks forward to utilizing her knowledge of the Seattle area to help prospective tenants find their dream home.

Maddy Weeks assists Mason Friedline in the portfolio department at Real Property Associates. She started her career as a leasing agent, where she quickly developed essential communication and time-management skills. Maddy now supervises a team of leasing agents and assistants, ensuring that properties are marketed and shown promptly while also facilitating the swift placement of the right tenants.

Before joining Real Property Associates, Maddy attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she studied Public Health. She relocated to Seattle from Maryland in May 2023, opting for a cross-country drive rather than flying because she was seeking an adventure.
