Michael has been really helpful around the marina. He’s always willing to jump in on a variety of projects and it’s great having someone nearby who can tackle the little fixes that pop up especially for those of us who live aboard year round. From the moment we began communicating 5 days ago Caiden Altig with Real Property Associates Inc. has been quick to reply as well as send us all the documents needed to move our rental request forward. When we met in person he was friendly but not at all pushy giving me space as I explored the home. Importantly when he did not have an answer he admitted that but then followed up again as soon as he had it. It has been amazing to us how quickly everything has been processed and when we had specific concerns he spoke directly to those on the phone in a personal and understanding way. As we continue to work together I have no reservations knowing our rental management company will be straightforward and responsive. Cannot recommend enough!

Maintenance had a few things to fix regarding tiles in the bath/shower. Previous maintenance person did a terrible half a job so a lot of the work was to undo then repair.Donald was excellent. Came right on the timeshe said je would did the job well. His repair is easily the best looking areas of the tiles. Its appreciated. Really.

Real Property Associates manages the building where we rent. All the staff have been incredibly helpful and very responsive to any issues. Specifically I took my dog for a walk and locked myself out of the house. Kaydy and Judith were so kind and helpful. They had me and my dog back inside my place in 1/2 an hour. A silly mistake that could have ruined my day was saved because Kaydy and Judith took care of everything. Not all property management companies would have been so helpful. I am eternally grateful.
