Very quick process of scheduling a tour was able to do so almost immediately after expressing interest in the apartment that was posted. Maddy was incredibly friendly and welcoming punctual and professional and very thorough throughout the viewing. She made my new home feel even more inviting. Overall great experience which is hard to come by these days when looking for a new home.

Maintenance had a few things to fix regarding tiles in the bath/shower. Previous maintenance person did a terrible half a job so a lot of the work was to undo then repair.Donald was excellent. Came right on the timeshe said je would did the job well. His repair is easily the best looking areas of the tiles. Its appreciated. Really.

I have been renting from RPA for almost two years now! They have an awesome staff! From the leasing agents to the property managers to the maintenance technicians they all do an awesome job! Highly recommend.

Real Property Associates manages the building where we rent. All the staff have been incredibly helpful and very responsive to any issues. Specifically I took my dog for a walk and locked myself out of the house. Kaydy and Judith were so kind and helpful. They had me and my dog back inside my place in 1/2 an hour. A silly mistake that could have ruined my day was saved because Kaydy and Judith took care of everything. Not all property management companies would have been so helpful. I am eternally grateful.

I’ve rented in several cities over the years and I can confidently say that working with Toby along with Mason and Amanze was a fantastic experience. Amanze was attentive and professional and Mason and Toby brought a level of courtesy and care that’s increasingly rare these days. It was truly a pleasure working with them.
