Dominick was absolutely amazing! He is a skilled worker so considerate and very professional. He called before he arrived to give us an ETA. He worked around me and my husband working from home making minimal noise so we wouldn't be distracted! He fixed everything on our list and even got approval to fix a screen that I forgot to add so we didn't have to put an additional work order in. I highly recommend asking for Dom if you're able to request a specific technician!

I would give 10 stars if I could!! Porter gave me tours of a few units and she was so great at explaining everything and she was extremely kind and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend this building as well as Porter if you are planning to view the apartments. She was incredible just like the units themselves! Also every unit and common area was impeccably clean. Somehow i did not take any photos but go schedule a tour and see for yourself :)

Had such a great experience with Liv McCoy the assistant property manager who showed me the condo! I had a few questions before the showing and she was super helpful over the phone. She met me at the property the next day and showed me everything including the garage and gave me some helpful info about the area too.She was really friendly easy to talk to and made the whole showing feel comfortable and not rushed at all. Unfortunately the location was just a little too close to Aurora for me so I decided not to move forward.Still a great experience and I would absolutely recommend working with her!

They were really helpful especially since this is my first time renting. Quien is who walked me through all the steps and reminded me of deadlines. The online portal is easy to use once you get the hang of it and the management are really nice. There are a couple hidden fees but they do have a purpose be prepared to pay more than expected initially. They make it easy for UW students to understand the rules and regulations and spell everything out multiple times on the lease agreement. Overall it was a bit stressful but they were extremely kind and understanding.

Dominick was extremely helpful in getting a leaky sink fixed. He even went out and purchased new better equipment to fix the problem. He was very respectful of our home and was very nice to chat with. He explained what was wrong how he fixed it and tested the sink drainage multiple times to be sure the issue was resolved.

I’ve been a tenant with RPA for 4 years now and they’re always very responsive to solving problems in the apartment. Today though was some of the best service I’ve had! Dominick was sent out to fix a bathroom fan that wasn’t working and he was great. Immediately asked about shoes in the home which I SO appreciate and when he identified the issue he made sure to share it with me as well as show me the resolution. The job was done with care and Dominick was so respectful and kind.

Kyle and Mike from RPA maintenance were so efficient and kind when replacing my water heater. Kyle stopped in to triple check the issue which I really appreciated. They went the extra distance and taught me how to check it’s working. They had a small space to work with but after they finished they put all my stuff back in place. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Was given a tour by Porter at the Verra apartments. Great communication and so welcoming. Having a good guide is a big part of the decision of where to lease. Porter was the friendliest and most welcoming realtor/property manager that we’ve come across in this city in our 10+ years of living here ! She was kind genuinely interested in what we had to say and ask professional and most importantly- we felt that she was proud of the building and unit that she was showing us (you wouldn’t believe how hard that is to find in this city ESPECIALLY at a decent price point).She immediately knew all of the answers to all of the questions we asked and did a great job at enthusiastically describing and selling the free amenities and honestly the building in general! We saw 4 properties throughout the day after the one Porter showed us and not only is the building the perfect fit but Porter was the only person we talked to that had all of the answers handy and felt genuinely excited and proud to be showing off the building !! If you are having second thoughts about your current property management company or are looking for one to help rent your home I highly recommend checking out RPA. We recently leased a new home through them and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Shannah and Morgan were incredibly detail oriented and made the entire process seamless.What truly stood out was their responsiveness and professionalism. When an issue came up after hours Kyle responded promptly resolved it quickly and took the time to explain why it happened and how to proactively spot similar issues in the future. That level of service and transparency is rare.There are many places to rent in Seattle but if you are looking for a team that genuinely cares and consistently follows through RPA sets the bar.

We first received maintenance care from Tony at RPA back in October when we discovered a hole in the roof of our garage. Tony was amazing he was great at communicating both when he was here as well as his progress. He took what was a complex repair and was able to adapt and fix the garage roof to ensure the roof was no longer leaking. Tony was very friendly and provided an experience that was stress free.Our second time with Tony visiting was to address an outdoor outlet that likely needed to be replaced. The maintenance request was submitted on a Thursday and the next day I received a text with options to schedule for Monday or Tuesday. We were very pleased with the response time and the ability to schedule so quickly. Tony was able to replace the outlet and to no surprise he provided the same professional and friendly experience as before.

Quien from Real Propery Associates was consistently so so so so kind and helpful. RPA has always been very attentive and responsive with their maintenance requests but I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review until they sent Kyle along! He is the best maintenance specialist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting; instead of half-heartedly slapping a piece of duct tape on something and saying “good enough” he really went the extra mile to make sure that repairs are done right. His professional and personable demeanor made me feel at ease and I certainly hope to work with him again next time we may need some repairs done.

What a fantastic experience I had today with Real Property Associates. Tony the technician that came to our home was outstanding. He fixed everything that needed to be done. He fixed our window screens our bifold doors he even fixed and repaired water damage in the kitchen. He also patched drywall. He was a very nice man and his work was excellent. I would highly recommend Real Property Associates.

Michael has been really helpful around the marina. He’s always willing to jump in on a variety of projects and it’s great having someone nearby who can tackle the little fixes that pop up especially for those of us who live aboard year round. He’s recently gone out of his way to make sure we’re set up for adventures beyond the docks while also making the bike racks more useful which we’ve really appreciated. Overall it’s been great having his support and reliability in the community.

RPA maintenance tech Kyle was awesome he replaced the smoke detectors that needed to be upgraded in my apartment quickly and easily. He was very professional friendly and considerate he offered to remove his shoes when he entered the apartment! I have been a tenent with RPA for over 14yrs I love living where I am at. The property is kept imaculent they always fix whatever is needed promptly and professionally. I can't recommend RPA enough!!

Juan Zamoran is the best! He showed up to our tour professionally dressed with a big smile on his face and was very friendly. Not pushy in any way. After viewing the rental he was quick to send us paperwork and worked to get us into it as soon as possible. Unfortunately we didn't take the unit for our own personal reasons. Real Property Associates made the application process very easy! Quien had great communication and quick responses which is very important when trying to find a place to live. I felt that they worked with me well to get everything accomplished. Furthermore the process of scheduling a tour was quick and seamless. During the tour Juan was very nice and mentioned another unit that might work for me. I ended up touring the second unit and liked it so much that I applied to that one instead. It was nice to be given all the options and decide what was best for me. A great start to hopefully an amazing new place to live!
