Kyle from rpa maintenance did a great job on my place fixing potential problems for an upcoming city inspection. He installed a new fan in the bathroom and fixed a running toilet. He also rewired all the fluorescent lighting in the house that needed it and installed new fluorescent bulbs. He also installed brand new fluorescent lighting covers on the broken ones as well. He also did a touchup paint job in the bathroom with the exact color. Very happy with the maintenance I received from him. He was right on time and ready to go for the appointment friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. Jarith recently completed maintenance on my apartment for the doors and the faucet. The handles were not completely closing and he quickly adjusted the latches so I can feel more secure. The sink proved to be a challenge and he had to get new equipment to dislodge the old faucet for which the screws were not coming undone. With humour and strength it eventually came out and he was able to quickly replace the faucet with a shiny new one that has a jet. I appreciated his persistence and patience with the work and he completed a quick and efficient job that has improved my quality of life in the apartment. Thank you!
