Barbara Hartley
Property Manager
Barbara came to RPA in 2014 with over 25 years of property management experience. Throughout her business career, Barbara has focused primarily on HOAs and commercial properties, but she is well-versed in residential management as well. Barbara holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Washington and is also a member of the Belltown Business Association. Barbara is married, with a family of four, and is a lifelong resident of Lake Forest Park.
Barbara’s current portfolio consists of multifamily, mixed-use, and association properties within Seattle, as well as numerous housing and condominium associations in the Seattle area.

I worked with Barbara back in September/October of 2023 to get a slip for my boat in Marina Mart, Seattle and the entire process was flawless. I also worked with Tasha in the beginning of March 2024 to transfermy slip to a better slip location. She was able to understand exactly what I needed and she even went above and beyond to grant me live aboard status for my new slip location… In both scenarios, communication was very prompt, clear, and it was enjoyable working with them.
