Lisa joined Real Property Associates with over 15 years of experience in the property management industry and 22 years in customer service. Over the years, she has obtained and mastered a wide variety of skills that help her excel as a property manager. Driven by her passion for working closely with owners and residents, Lisa's work ethic and optimism help her achieve positive results. She has developed a sharp eye for detail and a desire to make systems, processes, and people work as efficiently and effectively as possible.

With knowledge and a prior background in construction, she has gained expertise in maintenance and repairs. This knowledge combined with her creativity often times helps her find ways to minimize expenses. Above all, Lisa genuinely cares about building a relationship with her owners and residents and providing them with the support, tools, and resources they need.

Lisa and her daughter moved to Washington in 2000 from Orlando, Florida, and currently reside in Edmonds. She recently rescued a dog from Costa Rica and enjoys snowboarding, live music, and sitting on the beach with her family.
