Max Lyashenko
Property Manager
Max joined RPA in 2016 and currently manages a portfolio of single-family homes, condominium units and small apartment complexes. Prior to becoming a property manager at RPA, Max was an on-site business manager of multi-family communities. He has over 15 years of experience managing properties ranging from tax credit, MFTE, conventional, and brand-new lease ups.
Max is highly organized with outstanding analytical and problem-solving proficiency. He has proven customer service skills and is excellent at communicating with great attention to detail.
Max was born in Russia and moved to Seattle 30 years ago. He is bilingual and fluently speaks, reads and writes in Russian. Max has a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Management and Operations.
