Alex is the property management assistant to Meghan Weinberg. Alex was born and raised in North Seattle. He is highly organized which is very important when your days and evenings are filled with property showings, listings, market research, processing applications, and scheduling maintenance.

Aryn is a recent transplant from Milwaukee, Wisconsin who joined RPA in June 2016 as Tina Lerch’s Property Management assistant.

Prior to moving to Seattle, Aryn earned a BA in Political Science and spent several years working with a premier Wisconsin property management firm.

Aryn provides RPA’s clients with an exceptional level of excellence in property management and leasing services.

Barbara came to RPA in 2014 with over 25 years of property management experience. Within Barbara's business career, she has focused primarily on HOA's and commercial properties but it well-versed in residential management as well. Barbara holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Washington and is also a member of the Belltown Business Association. Barbara is married, with a family of four, and is a lifelong resident of Lake Forest Park.

Carol joined Real Property Associates in late 2012. As the Director of Accounting, she restructured the department into an efficient team of dedicated portfolio bookkeepers. In addition to Private Residence/Multi-Family Complex, property accounting, she has taken on a secondary role in establishing a primary HOA division. In her 10 years of Real Estate accounting, she has also become highly proficient in accounting dedicated to Commercial Property Management.

Carol is currently finishing her Bachelors of Accounting, with a goal of obtaining a Master's in Finance. Her higher goal of achievement is to become a Certified Public Accountant.

Outside of RPA, she is an avid foodie who aspires to begin a blog to share her passions. Her driving force is the time she spends with friends and family, especially the newest addition (some may even say, the Mascot) Gus Gus the Bulldog. Carol favors anything that involves independent films and documentaries, social community events, books/articles that provoke new ways of thinking and opportunities for success personally and professionally.

Christina currently works as a property management assistant to Barbara Hartley, specializing in Home Owner's Associations as well as Condominium Associations. She is highly organized and communicative with owners. Like most RPA employees, she is an avid Seahawks fan and loves wearing the green and blue!

Debbie joined RPA in 2004. Since 2006, Debbie has worked as a full time Property Manager, showing properties, overseeing all facets of tenant leases, owner/tenant communications and property maintenance.

Debbie Snider was born in Independence, Missouri and raised in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. She coaches girl’s softball and plays golf. Before coming to RPA, Debbie worked 15 years in the Tour and Travel Industry, five years in Retail Jewelry Sales, and two years in Flooring Sales.

Gordon partnered with Jay Young to start Real Property Associates in 1991 with the goal of providing excellent brokerage and property management services. Their original office was in Edmonds until they expanded their business and moved to Seattle in 1996.

Gordon acts as the managing broker for the company, overseeing 60 agents and brokers in their sales activities, and continues to personally represent buyers and sellers. He is also involved with RPA’s growing commercial real estate division where he provides management and consultation for commercial property owners.

Gordon grew up in Lake Forest Park and graduated from North Seattle's Shorecrest High School in 1984. After graduating from Stanford University in 1988 with a degree in economics he returned to Seattle and started working in real estate as a sales agent, first with MacPherson's in their University District location, and then with Windermere at their Northgate office.

Gordon lives with his family in Lake Forest Park, North Seattle and has served as a trustee with Seattle Union Gospel Mission, and on other non profit and community boards.

Heidi decided to re-enter the property management profession by joining Real Property Associates at the beginning of 2012. Heidi enjoyed being a property manager while previously employed with Harbor Homes and wanted to bring her past experience in both property management and real estate services to RPA. She is very excited to bring her exceptional level of service and client commitment to her growing number of property management clients with RPA.

Jay partnered with Gordon to start Real Property Associates with the goal of providing excellent brokerage and property management services. Their original office was in Edmonds until they expanded their business and moved to Seattle in 1996.

Jay oversees RPA’s growing property management division which employs over 30 team members managing properties for over 600 different ownership groups. Jay is also involved in our brokerage area, representing buyers and sellers in all capacities.

Jay developed an interest in real estate investing while in college and arranged to receive credit towards his degree for some of his real estate work. For several years he purchased, developed, and managed properties as an investor and partner in properties from Seattle to Everett.

Jay is a lifelong resident of Edmonds and a graduate of King's High School. He graduated in 1988 from Seattle Pacific University with a B.A. in real estate and business. He is currently president of the Booster Club at King's High School and is serving as a board member of the non profit group, Connect Nicaragua.

Kathy began her career at RPA in 2004 as a Real Estate Agent with an interest in making a transition into property management. Presently she manages a large portfolio of residential properties with the help of her husband and assistant, Rick Lehman.

Kathy and Rick pride themselves on their high attention to detail and diligence with placing great tenants. Their passion for their profession is reflected in the exceptional service provided to their clients.

Kathy and Rick are both life long residents of the Seattle area and have two grown sons which both live close by.

Lisa grew up on Mercer Island and is our "Eastside / South King County Property Management Specialist". Lisa has seen this area change over the years and is familiar with growth and market rent trends. She has been in the Property Management industry for the last 7 years. Lisa holds an Associates degree in Real Estate, Managing Brokers Licence, as well as Property Management Certification. Lisa currently lives in Woodinville which allows her to provide excellent coverage of the Eastside and South King County. Her rehab experience is a valuable asset when it comes to increasing profits for your property. Raised in a family of custom home builders and the construction industry gives her the ability to handle maintenance issues and project with proven knowledge.

Max recently joined RPA and currently manages a portfolio of single family homes, condominium units and small apartment complexes. Prior to becoming a property manager at RPA, Max was an on-site business manager of multi-family communities. He has over 7 years of experience managing properties ranging from tax credit, MFTE, conventional, and brand new lease ups.

Max is highly organized with outstanding analytical and problem solving proficiency. He has proven customer service skills and is excellent at communicating with great attention to detail.

Max was born in Russia and moved to Seattle 20 years ago. He is bilingual and fluently speaks, reads and writes in Russian. Max has a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Management and Operations.

Before becoming an account manager, she spent time in many different departments learning about all of the different aspects of property management including bookkeeping, working with the maintenance department and tenant relations.

Meghan grew up in Wisconsin, and is married with two children.

Michelle joined RPA when the company was started in 1991 and is responsible for all of RPA's accounting, including processing agents' commissions, and managing the office staff. Her experience with RPA since the "early days" give her tremendous insight and understanding of the operations of the company.

Michelle graduated from Edmonds High School in 1988 and earned her AA degree in Arts and Sciences from Edmonds Community College.

Moira was born and raised in New England, moved to Seattle five years ago and now calls Maple Leaf home. She has a Master's degree in Women's Studies from Southern Connecticut State University and joined RPA to make Property Management her career.

In assisting Tony and Victoria, Moira helps keep all of the details together and loves showing properties on evenings and weekends!

In her free time, Moira spends quality time with her wife, friends, family, and their dog and cat.

Rick joined RPA in 2013. He currently assists his wife Kathy overseeing a large portfolio of residential properties. Prior to joining RPA, Rick worked in the fishing industry for many years.

Rick has great organizational skills and demonstrates tremendous commitment to both owners and tenants.

Rick and Kathy were born and raised in the Seattle area. They have two grown sons that live nearby.

Scott has a long career in logistics, production, inside sales and inventory management for small and medium sized companies. Prior to employment with RPA, he worked in California for Pella Windows.

Simone joined RPA in 2013 and works in the Bookkeeping department. Simone holds a Bookkeeping Certification and an AA in paraprofessional Accounting through Bellevue College. Simone has vast experience in accounting for a vast portfolio of different industries and has found a niche in property management. She mainly interacts with vendors and owners and is delighted to help with any questions. Simone prides herself on perfection and being a go-getter. She is pleasant to interact with and strives to do the best in her everyday duties going above and beyond expectations.

Simone enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, and loves to venture to farmer’s markets during the spring and summer months. Simone also enjoys volunteering with Women against Domestic Violence and lends a helping hand however she can. Simone believes in sustainability and finds solutions to help make the accounting industry fun and efficient in her daily tasks.

Prior to coming to RPA, Tina had over 12 years work experience in various areas of the rental and real estate industry. Tina’s vast experiences and knowledge serve as a solid foundation for her success as a property manager. She excels in placing the best possible tenant and resolving issues efficiently and effectively for her clients.

Tina lives in Lake Forest Park, where she enjoys raising her son and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys snow skiing, camping, hiking, and boating.

Tom is a former Naval Officer and graduate of the California Maritime Academy but he's been a resident of Seattle since the mid-seventies. He's also a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, London, and an MBA student at Seattle University. After having spent several years working overseas managing marine transportation assets and operations Tom found Puget Sound real estate to be a more attractive investment market. Since the early nineties Tom has invested in, managed, and sold real estate. His objectives are to provide his clients with sound investment advice, negotiation guidance, and diligence in covering all aspects of the transaction. Tom does his utmost to assist his clients in getting the most from their real estate investments.

Tony joined RPA in 1992. He currently manages a large, variety of properties. Tony has worked in all phases of real estate, including sales, marketing, distressed and foreclosure property research and acquisition, and property management.

Tony attended Shorewood High School and graduated in 1987 from the University of Washington with a B.A. in urban development. He played football for the Huskies and was a member of the team that beat Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl in 1985.

Victoria grew up in Shoreline, is a graduate of Shorecrest High School and currently lives in Shoreline with her family. She is an active member of her local Neighborhood association and coaches youth soccer.
