Real Property Associates, Inc believes Black Lives Matter. We stand in solidarity with the Black, Indigenous and People of Color of our community and will work together to dismantle systemic racism in our society. A task long overdue.

We denounce the senseless killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Abery, and the countless others whose names we learn every day. We stand with people all over the country and world to demand justice.

Our company was founded with the core values of fairness, equality, and respect. Our goal is to work with honesty and with integrity in all things. And during these trying times, we realize now we must reaffirm our commitment to these values. Veils are being lifted and the world shows us the importance of speaking and committing to equality and justice. It is not enough to hope our actions speak for themselves, we must speak out against injustice, inequality, and disrespect. Our actions must be seen, and our voices heard.

And so, we say again, Black lives matter.

One of our first steps to our commitment is a monetary action. We have donated $1,100.00 to a cause close to the hearts of many in our company, United Negro College Fund (UNCF) of Seattle. The UNCF of Seattle’s goal is to provide scholarships to local minority students to attend college and support them on their path of higher education.

RPA will continue to come together to address the inequities in our community and to determine what actions we as a company will take to contribute to the dismantling of these systems. There is still work to be done, but we will remain committed to our values and not falter.

We thank our team, our clients, and our residents for their support as we come together to build a more just world.
